Tip - Tuna

Canned tuna is precooked and can be water- or oil-packed.
Albacore tuna is the only one that can be labeled "white
meat."  Canned tuna comes in three grades, the best being
solid or fancy (large pieces), followed by chunk (smaller
pieces) and flaked (bits and pieces).
