Tip - Storing Lemons

Pop a couple of lemons into a freezer bag and place in freezer.  When
you need lemon zest, it is much easier to grate frozen rind.  Defrost
in microwave (just takes a minute) and the lemon will yield more juice
than you ever thought possible.  And it's always available when you
need it.
