Tip - Storing Cottage Cheese Longer

Cottage cheese will remain fresher longer if you store it upside down
in the refrigerator.  This position slows the effects of oxidation.  I
place the carton onto a small plate so that if I don't get the lid on
tight, any leaking will be onto the plate.
