Tip - Storing Cheese

To have cheese in the refrigerator keep fresh and prevent mold, take a
piece of cheesecloth and wring out tightly in vinegar.  Wrap cheese in
the vinegar soaked cheesecloth, place in a plastic bag and the keeping
qualities of the cheese will amaze you.  Also if you want to mail
cheese to someone, follow the above suggestion and then cover
cheesecloth wrapped cheese in melted paraffin.  It now can be safely
mailed.
