Gryphon's Aeire
Since my mini-schnauzer (who says hello to Nell) likes to eat a banana every day, I searched for a way to keep a week's supply from ripening so fast on the kitchen counter. If you store them in a plastic Ziploc bag, they'll stay yellow all week without developing those annoying dark skins and getting over ripe.
