Tip - Personalize Mayonaise

Try personalizing mayonnaise by stirring in herbs or other
flavorings.  Add minced fresh herbs like basil, dill, mint
or watercress; or minced fresh or sauteed garlic (cooked
garlic has a milder flavor); or finely grated lemon zest; or
horseradish; or minced sun-dried tomatoes; or curry or chili
powder; or drained pickle relish; or mustard; or crumbled
blue cheese; or chopped onions or shallots; or whatever else
may sound good!
