Tip - Peeling Tomatoes Before Freezing

You don't need to peel tomatoes before putting them in the freezer!
Pick, wash and freeze your tomatoes whole.  Then when it's time to use
them, rinse them under water and the skins slide off - presto!  Easy.
Ready to use in soups or sauces.
