Tip - Peeling Hard Boiled Eggs

To peel hard boiled eggs easier and quicker, just after steaming or
boiling, crack shell and set in cold water immediately.  This will
allow cold water to permeate between shell and membrane, allowing
shell to be removed quite easily.
