Tip - Lemons 2

Whenever I purchase fresh lemons for cooking I save the ends and
squeezed sections and put them in a ziploc bag and right into the
freezer.  Then, when I come across a recipe that calls for a small
amount of grated lemon peel I have it on hand.  It saves the purchase
of another fresh lemon for only its peel and grates much more easily
when still partially frozen.  Also, if I get an build-up of peels in
the freezer I put a few into the disposal to keep it smelling fresh!
