Tip - Keeping Guacamole

To avoid throwing away leftover guacamole, spread a thin layer of
mayonnaise on top and keep in the refrigerator.  This prevents it from
turning black.  Guacamole lasts for two complete days in the fridge.
To serve again, either remove the mayonnaise layer with a spoon or mix
it in with the guacamole, you d be surprised at how little it changes
the flavor!
