Tip - Fat Substitue In Cakes

Whenever you have a cake recipe (box or scratch) that calls for oil,
you can substitute the oil with an equal amount of applesauce.  Any
flavor will do; plain, natural, cinnamon (works great with spice
cake), berry, etc.  It not only makes the cake taste great and have a
good texture, but it's a lot less fat and calories.
