Tip - Cooking Corn On The Cob
Here's the easiest way ever to fix corn on the cob -
just put the whole ears (husks and all) in the oven and bake them.
It works well to bake them for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, but practically any temperature
and time will work.
I've never been able to spoil it this way, and you can bake the corn with whatever else
you're cooking.
When you're ready to serve the corn, just put on a pair of oven mitts and peel the husks off
the ears.
The husks and silk just fall completely off - no muss, no fuss!
You can also cook corn in the husks on the grill, but then you need to wrap the ears in
aluminum foil first so they don't overcook, and turn them a couple of times.
