Tip - Cook Pasta

To cook pasta, use about 4 quarts (4 liters) water per pound of
pasta.  Have the water boiling rapidly before adding the pasta,
and stir the noodles a few times to keep them moving so they cook
evenly.  Once the water returns to a rolling boil, stirring isn't
necessary because the water moves the pasta.
