Tip - Cleaning Burned On Pots

Who else hates having to scrub pots and pans?  I used to be a kitchen
hand in a busy restaurant and we had an old navy chef that would burn
half the food.  I would put the a little white vinegar in the pan and
bring it to the boil for 3 minutes.  One wipe with the wash cloth
again and the muck would be gone.  Saves on elbow grease.
