Ounce for ounce, kiwifruit (Chinese gooseberry) are more nutritious than any other fruit. Kiwifruits have twice the vitamin C of oranges, as much potassium as bananas, significant amounts of magnesium and vitamin E and are a good source of fiber. And only 45 calories each.
